The strength of the HSA comes from its members and its active committees.
We encourage all members to actively participate in at least one committee.

Education & Technical Committee
This committee supports the HSA by looking after:
- Training and workforce development
- Building codes, best practices, and technical guidance
- Overseeing the HSA CFSEI Technical Council fund

Events & Sponsorship Committee
This committee supports the HSA by looking after:
- Golf tournament and major events
- Trade shows and sponsorship coordination

Executive Committee
This committee consists of the officers of HSA, and is responsible for governance and decision-making between board meetings.
Finance & Audit Committee
This committee supports the HSA by looking after:
- Budgeting, financial oversight, and reporting
- CPA coordination and compliance

- Membership recruitment and retention
- Member communications (email, newsletter, outreach)
- Planning and execution of membership meetings and programs
