Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of the current officers of HSA, including the past president, and is responsible for governance and decision-making between board meetings, as well as finance & audit responsibilities, including but not limited to budgeting, financial oversight, reporting, and CPA coordination and compliance. The Executive Committee is also responsible for overseeing the HSA CFSEI Technical Council fund.
